How It Works

1. Welcome Call Schedule a welcome call to discuss your wedding plans, color themes, and vision.
2. Proposal & Agreement Following our call, I’ll send you a proposal with a detailed plan, including the design process, timeline, and costs. Review the proposal and contract at your convenience, and feel free to ask for any adjustments.
3. Concept Sketches I’ll create 1-2 sketch concepts that outline the layout and main elements of your invitations. You’ll review these sketches and provide feedback to ensure we’re on the right track.
4. Final Proofs Once the sketches are approved, I’ll refine the designs further to capture the essence of your vision. You’ll receive digital proofs to review all details, including text and layout. Up to 5 rounds of revisions are included with your order. This is your chance to ensure everything is perfect before we proceed.
5. Production Depending on your order, the production process varies:
   • Original Paintings: Once the final design is approved, I'll create your hand-painted pieces. These can include invitations, signage, or other art elements. Each piece is meticulously crafted to capture your vision.
   • Digital Designs: If you've chosen a digital design, I'll finalize the artwork and provide you with high-resolution digital files. These files can be used for printing at your preferred vendor or included in your wedding website.
   • Fully Printed Stationery Suites: For those opting for a complete printed suite, your approved designs will be professionally printed on high-quality materials. This can include invitations, RSVP cards, thank-you cards, and more.
6. Packaging & Delivery
   • Original Paintings & Fully Printed Suites: Once completed, your items will be carefully assembled, packaged, and shipped. I use secure packaging to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.
   • Digital Designs: Digital files are delivered electronically, ready for you to download and use as needed.
